The once hard-pAArtying actress has been practically nun-like since her return to Los Angeles from rehab in Utah. About as wild as she’s gotten is shopping on Robertson.

La Lohan has yet to make her return to the clubbing scene.

There she was (above) instead at the Lakers game on Tuesday night.

Maybe third time (in rehab) is the charm!
