Sunday night’s episode of Game of Thrones may have made its fans feel a little, um, burnt out by the HBO mega-hit, but the series was having problems this week long before its craziest new episode hit the air!
Remember the infamous Starbucks cup controversy from last week’s show? Well… this is just as crazy! But beware! SPOILERS ARE BELOW, so, ya know, don’t scroll down if you’re not ready to read them…

Ahead of Sunday night’s new ep, producers released a promo shot featuring Cersei Lannister with her arms around brother/love Jaime Lannister — but big-time GoT fans noticed something very specific (and important!) about the pic: why had Jaime’s right hand miraculously grown back???
Remember, back in 2013, Jaime lost his hand while trying to save Brienne of Tarth from being raped by a squad of soldiers. Ever since then, he’s worn a fake gold hand in its place — well, ever since then right up until this little promo featuring a fully healthy hand came out!

What’s that?! A normal, fully-functioning hand?? Say it ain’t so!!! What a whiff by writers and producers there — not quite like the Starbucks cup, but definitely different and screwed up in its own way!

We’re not the only ones who noticed, either, as fans across the spectrum called out the flub and pointed out how inconsistent it is with what’s happened previously on the show all across social media on Sunday night and Monday morning (below):

It’s a bad look when little things like this are overlooked, and it doesn’t inspire confidence in the showrunners and producers, does it!?
