Gene Hackman & Wife Betsy Arakawa Were 'Followed' By A Man Weeks Before Their Deaths, Her Hairstylist Claims!

New unsettling details have emerged as the deaths of Gene Hackman and Betsy Arakawa continue to be investigated.

According to her hairstylist, the couple had multiple strange encounters with a man weeks before they were found dead inside their home in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in late February. Whoa!

Bodycam footage obtained by Fox News on Monday showed that during an interview with the authorities, the hairdresser — only identified as Christopher — recounted a story the 64-year-old pianist told him. She said some guy she had never met before “parked outside of their gate” and “followed” her and the late actor on “two separate occasions” in December. Christopher claimed it started when Betsy and Gene “went to White Rock” that month:

“They went and had lunch there, and the guy followed them from parked [outside of their gated community], followed them all the way to White Rock. She didn’t specify which gate, but she also didn’t know how long this person had been parked there. She said, ‘Christopher, I’m surprised that security didn’t [know] how he got there … because when we left, I noticed that this car had followed us from the residence to White Rock.'”

So scary! The guy didn’t just follow them, though! He also approached the pair! Betsy then allegedly told Christopher the man “pulled out a folder of photos” of Gene and “wanted him to sign them.” All that to get autographs?! What the f**k?! To the hairstylist, the encounter was “so weird” since Santa Fe is “not a place of paparazzi and stuff.” For her part, Betsy was not putting up with the creepy behavior. Christopher recalled:

“She said… she approached him and said, ‘I told him he needed to have more respect.’”

However, the guy did not take the hint and just leave them alone. Christopher then alleged Betsy said the same stranger followed her and Gene AGAIN to another location and offered them a bottle of wine, which they declined. He continued:

“I said, ‘Oh my gosh, Betsy, that’s crazy. You should not have approached this person. This makes me nervous.’ He knew what [they] drove. That’s the scary part.”

Before the conspiracy theorists start speculating again about Gene and Betsy’s deaths, remember, she reportedly died from hantavirus. Meanwhile, the 95-year-old actor passed away from cardiovascular disease, with Alzheimer’s disease as a contributing factor. Their dog Zinna, who was locked in a crate while recovering from surgery, died from dehydration and starvation without its owners to take care of it. So, it’s unlikely this stranger had something to do with any of these tragedies. Nevertheless, these new details are alarming…
