A&E Kicks Gene Simmons In The Family Jewels After Seven Seasons!

Nooooooo!
After seven wonderful seasons, A&E just pulled the plug on Gene Simmons Family Jewels.
Upon hearing the heartbreaking news, did Gene tell the network to KISS his lily-white butt?
Nope! The Detroit Israeli rocker and his family were pure class:
They shouted, shouted, shouted this statement out loud:

“It has been a wonderful life-altering experience for our family and after seven successful seasons, we feel it’s time to move on.”

The ratings were strongest at last summer’s finale when Gene proposed to Shannon Tweed. Since then, viewership has steadily declined.
A&E was mostly mum. A rep said:

├óΓé¼┼ôWe could not be more proud of the unparalleled run of Gene Simmons Family Jewels.”

So “proud” that they canceled the series? Alrighty then!
Alas, one family can only rock & roll all nite and party every day for so long…
