Yikes! This is pretty brutal!
George Lucas admitted last week that he had been planning on directing at least the first film of the upcoming Star Wars reboot trilogies, but ended up deciding against it.
Well, turns out the director hadn’t just planned on directing, he actually wrote and sold Disney a whole bunch of ideas for the film!

Except — awkward — Disney wasn’t that into them and said f*ck it then brainstormed all new ones!
OUUUUUUUUCH!
George said:
“The ones that I sold to Disney, they came up to the decision that they didn’t really want to do those. So they made up their own. So it’s not the ones that I originally wrote.”
Wow, talk about being a let-down for him!
Though, we guess Disney just wanted the movies to be all their own, so they went with making them completely and totally original AKA not having George involved AT all!
