Dr. Dre isn’t the only rapper making headphones.
Jay-Z‘s Roc Nation is teaming up with Skullcandy to release a line of headphones. The soon to be released Roc Nation Aviator ‘phones are made with superior metal and memory foam ear cushions.
Mr. Beyonce said in a statement:
“Our passion is creating amazing music. We├óΓé¼Γäóre dedicated to delivering the best in live performances. Now with the Roc Nation/Skullcandy partnership, we├óΓé¼Γäóre offering the best way for people to experience the soundtrack of their lives.”
Skullcandy CEO Rick Aiden echoed Jay’s sentiments, saying:
“Our passion is creating amazing music. We├óΓé¼Γäóre dedicated to delivering the best in live performances. Now with the Roc Nation/Skullcandy partnership, we├óΓé¼Γäóre offering the best way for people to experience the soundtrack of their lives.”
So far the headphones have been shown in brown, white and black and will be available in June.
