Joe Jackson has petitioned to overturn a ruling by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge last year that denied his request to fire the current executors of Michael Jackson’s estate, entertainment lawyer John Branca and music executive John McClain. Joe’s lawyer filed papers yesterday, claiming that the probate judge was wrong to ignore his request as Joe is supposedly financially dependent on his son’s earnings. Because of that, Joe’s lawyer argues, he had the right to object who makes the financial decisions concerning the estate.
Wah! Wah! Wah! We were so hoping someone had given you enough money to shut you up! We’re so bored of watching you desperately try and snag MJ’s millions away…and from your own grandchildren too.
