Gloria Allred Tentatively Beats Lawsuit From John Travolta Accuser's Former Lawyer

Gloria Allred has yet to take any legal action against John Travolta on behalf of her clients claiming he sexually assaulted them, but she did score a tentative victory against her clients’ former lawyer.
While defending herself against Okoria Okorocha‘s allegations of client poaching, she convinced a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to tentatively grant her motion to strike the lawsuit he filed back in May.
Sources say that the judge mostly sided with Allred during the proceedings on Wednesday and sustained many of her objections.
She argued that Okorocha “has no admissible evidence,” and his “purported ‘evidence,’ contained in his declaration, consists of various combinations of argument, improper opinion, matters lacking in foundation and violations of the attorney-client privilege.”
Sounds like she basically laid the smackdown on this guy’s argument. We’ll find out if she was able to completely destroy his lawsuit when the two parties meet again in court on Friday.
As far as we know, Gloria plans to sue the plaintiff right back and is still counseling the men who filed, then withdrew their lawsuits against Travolta.
