How awesome is this????
Gloria Estefan‘s Mi Tierra was transmitted Tuesday morning up to the Discovery space shuttle from NASA’s ground control!!
The song was radioed to outer space for Mexican American Discovery crew member, flight engineer Jose Hernandez.
NASA also used the opportunity to honor Miz Estefan on her birthday!
Gloria turns 52 today!
Feliz Cumpleaños, chica!!!
