Julie Bowen didn’t do her slender figure any favors in a draped, one-shoulder turquoise Halston gown at this year’s Golden Globe Awards.
To make things worse, those heavy bangles and dark clutch and shoes weigh down the dress’ breezy color.
On the upside, her makeup is flawlessly dramatic.
