Nicole Richie Ices The Golden Globes Red Carpet

Nicole Richie channeled her inner ice queen for the Golden Globes tonight.
The Fashion Star stepped foot on to the red carpet wearing a floral threadwork embroidered and beaded Naeem Khan gown in a pale blue to match the chilly California weather.
Nicole finished off her frosty look with a black fringe clutch, matching blue eyeshadow and soft, retro curls.
It’s a very glam look for Miz Richie, but we feel like we’ve seen this before from her.
