Sam Smith's Writing's On The Winner Card! The Singer Wins Best Original Song In A Motion Picture At The Golden Globes!

There’s just something about those James Bond songs!
Three years ago, reigning music queen Adele won the Golden Globe for Best Original Song in a Motion Picture for Skyfall, and now Sam Smith is continuing that trend!
The soulful singer and his co-writer Jimmy Napes took home the trophy for the same award at this year’s ceremony for Spectre‘s theme, Writing’s On The Wall!
In the process, they beat out pop powerhouses Max Martin (Love Me Like You Do from Fifty Shades of Grey) and Charlie Puth (See You Again from Furious 7), as well as songwriters Brian Wilson and Scott Bennett (One Kind of Love from Love and Mercy), and David Lang (Simple Song #3 from Youth).
Ch-ch-check out the crooner’s full acceptance speech (above)!
