Kelly Osbourne Plays It Too Safe At The Grammys

Pretty, but not quite Grammy greatness.
Kelly Osbourne certainly looks lovely on the red carpet, but the Grammys are about going all out in the most daring and ridic way possible.
The Paule Ka cut-out dress has some nice touches with the gold H Stern accessories, but we think this gown would be appropriate for a more formal red carpet. And for someone who loves fashion like Miz Osbourne, we just had such higher hopes.
Perhaps someone followed the Grammy guidelines a little too strictly.
A good look, but the wrong show.
