Umm, can someone put her in a movie, please?!
40-year-old Becky Powell was in the car with her husband and teenage son when she saw Joseph Lewis Fry running from the police.
Not knowing what he did, just that the cops were chasing him, the bartender took matters into her own hands… and she HIGHlariously explained it:
“I told my husband (the cop) is never going to catch him.├óΓé¼┬¥
So, the car whipped around, stopping Fry, which is when Becky got out of the car and tackled him, exposing his booty to the world! She said:
├óΓé¼┼ôI got into a football stance and said, ‘You’re going to stay here.’ He stiff-armed me and I just wrapped him up and threw him on the ground. I whispered in his ear, ‘How does it feel to be taken down by a mother of five and a grandmother of three?’
LOLz!
A nearby man did give Becky some help in taking him down, but we’re still cracking up that she whispered that to him!
The transient Fry was running because of an altercation between himself and another panhandler, and he ran when the PoPo started talking to him.
The cops high fived Becky, but made sure to issue a statement, saying:
“We appreciate the assistance, but we don’t want to have people get involved because they can get hurt.├óΓé¼┬¥
… Unless you’re Badass Becky!
