Apparently, geeks across the nation have speculated of the sexual orientation about one Sheldon Cooper on Big Bang Theory. Some argue he is gay, some say a-sexual.
Well, either way, you are wrong. The definite answer was given by the executive producer Chuck Lorre about Jim Parson’s character and the answer is…”other.”
If you are scratching your head, give it a rest and ponder this explanation from Chuck for a second. Chuck says:
“His entire focus is on the work that he’s doing — theoretical physics. ‘Alternate reality’ is another way of looking at it. Characters like Sheldon are drawn to an alternate reality that might be more comforting than the ones they live in. And why modify that? Why not let the character be that unique?”
Um, because it’s WEIRD?!
Guess that just how this show functions though, which is why we’ve never seen an episode.
But does that explanation satisfy U fans out there?
