Somebody was actually listening to their album?!
Indie record labels Independiente and Domino Recording Company are both suing Guns N’ Roses for copying parts of two songs for their album that nobody bought Chinese Democracy.
Both labels own the licensing rights to Schanuss’ music and per the lawsuit, Axl Rose and his band used Schanuss’ songs on their track “Riad N’ the Bedouins.” They’re asking for $1 million in damages in the lawsuit filed on Friday.
Oh, Axl, how the mighty have fallen!
At least you’re getting some press for that shiteous record of yours. You know what they say, all publicity is good publicity!
