There was hope that this could all come to an end today, but the hands of fate were not in their favor.
This afternoon, Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry were back in court to attempt to bring their bitter custody battle to a close. Halle and Gabriel each took turns, along with their lawyers, meeting in chambers with Judge Mark Juhas in an attempt to reach a settlement, but one just couldn’t be reached.
Uh, there’s a red flag right there. You guys can’t be in the same room together, but you’re trying to find a way to share a child. That’s a BIG issue, dontcha think???
Still, we’re hearing some “progress” was made in their discussions, but ultimatly the judge wanted more time to “look more globally at the custody arrangement.”
