Aretha Franklin has informed sources that in the biopic of her life, which is finally starting to make some head way towards production, Halle Berry has been chosen to portray her.
However, Aretha reveals that the filmmakers are still looking for an actress to play her in her younger years, as Halle is pegged to star as an older Aretha.
Hmm. How young are we talking? Teens? Twenties? We could come up with a few good names for each.
