Halsey & Avan Jogia Are Engaged!!!

Halsey is officially engaged!

The Lucky singer, who uses she/they pronouns, announced the exciting news on X (Twitter) in the early morning hours on Thursday. You see, the pop culture account @PopBase took to the social media app to share news of the 29-year-old addressing marriage rumors with the Victorious alum after she spoke about it at the VMAs. In an interview with E! News, she called him “one of the greatest things that’s ever happened” to her, and cheekily responded to a question about whether the two will get married. At the time, she said:

“I hope so.”

So, the pop account posted on X, “Halsey says she hopes to marry boyfriend Avan Jogia.” But the mom of one made a VERY quick correction! Quoting the post, she simply wrote:

OMG!!!

The Bad At Love singer didn’t dish any other deets like when the engagement went down, but could it have happened AFTER the VMAs?? We mean, if she was willing to share that she hopes to marry Avan in her interview, why wouldn’t she have shared that they were engaged?!
