The internet found that out the hard way on Monday when Halsey was forced to set the record straight after an outing in SoCal with beau Evan Peters turned into a social media rumor-fest that the Bad At Love singer was carrying a child! Wait, what?!

Over the weekend, Halsey and the American Horror Story hunk enjoyed a sexy little beach date out in Santa Monica, packing in some adorable PDA, enjoying the nice weather, and good company. Eagle-eyed fans back home spotted paparazzi pics of the outing, however, and quickly noticed something: was the superstar singer working on a little baby bump???
Quickly, pregnancy rumors and questions flooded social media, with followers wondering whether Halsey and Peters were taking the next step in their clear infatuation for each other. (That’d be a heck of a fast way to move straight into parenthood, but still…)
The conversation got so loud, the Graveyard singer was finally forced to address it — and she had the most hilarious responses to the rumors, deftly shutting them down in one fell swoop!

Halsey & Evan Forever?
Aside from the supposed paparazzi pregnancy pics (see for yourself HERE and judge if it even looks like a baby bump!), part of what made this social media rumor so believable is the clear, undeniable connection between our two lovebirds. The pop star has long been a super fan of the hunky 32-year-old actor, as we’ve previously reported, and to see them now together as a couple, it’s clear they work very well in a relationship. We’re not saying forever forever yet, but, like, come on! LOLz!!!

It helps, too, that this is a fresh start for both parties after tough breakups after each of their previous relationships. Peters, as you’ll recall, was in a “toxic” relationship with Emma Roberts that ended abruptly earlier this year, finally freeing him up for new beginnings. And Halsey hasn’t been shy about clearing the air when things have gone by the wayside with her past loves, either. But ever since these two got together back at the end of September, it’s been smooth sailing ahead. Love it!
Also, Halsey’s always wanted to be a mom. The singer — who was diagnosed with endometriosis, a uterus condition affecting fertility, in 2015 — decided to freeze her eggs last year so she could take becoming a parent in her own hands. She’s been open about miscarriages before too, so important to note that it’s still kinda icky to speculate this stuff as losing a child is heart-wrenching. Talking to you, nosey fans!
