Hannah Davis is a married woman!
The Sports Illustrated model officially tied the knot to former New York Yankee star Derek Jeter at a Napa Valley ceremony over the weekend, and we’re finally getting a look at her wedding dress!
Well, actually dresses!

The 26-year-old donned two custom Vera Wang wedding gowns throughout the entire day.
For the actual ceremony, Hannah donned a mermaid number featuring a high neck, plunging back, and lots of lace before switching into another halter dress with a silk skirt for the reception!
