Harrison Ford voted President

While we’ve still got a couple of weeks to see who will end up America’s Next Top, the vote is in on who folks would want to be President if life were a movie.

Movie fans want Harrison Ford kicking butt in the White House, just like he did in Air Force One (1997).

The poll was administered by Moviefone.

Morgan Freeman came in second place for his leadership role in saving mankind from a comet in Deep Impact (1998).

And while no one is saying that Hollywood can have that much influence on reality, Moviefone editor-in-chief Scott Robson said, “I don├óΓé¼Γäót know if Obama can say Morgan Freeman paved the way, but it hasn├óΓé¼Γäót hurt.”

A slightly more romantic president, Michael Douglas came in third for his portrayal of the commander-in-chief in The American President (1995).

The rest of the list is as follows:

4. Bill Pullman – Independence Day (1996)
5. Kevin Kline – Dave (1993)
6. Dennis Quaid – American Dreamz (2006)
7. Bruce Greenwood – National Treasure: Book of Secrets (2003)
8. James Cromwell – The Sum of All Fears (2002)
9. Jack Nicholson – Mars Attacks (1996)
10. Jeff Bridges – The Contender (2000)
