Hayden Panettiere is finally done with that strange dog sitter lawsuit filed back in July.
You may recall, the 27-year-old actress hired and paid a whopping $119,335.88 to Tia Brooks to care for two rescue dogs for SIX YEARS until they found forever homes.
Brooks later filed a suit in small claims court saying Miz Panettiere still owed her $8,500 — which the actress said was completely bogus as Tia was supposedly still charging her even after the dogs were out of the sitter’s care.

TMZ now reports the lawsuit was quietly settled with Hayden dishing out half of the requested balance ($4,250) to Brooks.
Good riddance!
We just hope those pups are in good hands now…
