HBO has reportedly ordered a new comedy pilot, titled Veep, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus is in talks to star!
The show, written by Armando Iannucci, will apparently follow a female senator who ends up as the Vice President of the United States, and realizes that her position is “nothing like she expected and everything everyone ever warned about.”
Ha! This sounds a little familiar!
Perhaps this will serve as a cautionary tale for the 2012 elections! LOLs!
