Even though Heidi Klum is fresh off a wacky Hawaii vacay that almost ended in her son Henry being swept away by a huge riptide, the supermodel has to get back to work, and she’s not wasting any time!
Last April, Miz Klum inked a deal with Babies ‘R’ Us to create a super fun clothing line with the help of her 6-year-old son Johan, and now that it’s getting ready to launch, we’re extra excited!!
The collection, which is dubbed, Truly Scumptious by Heidi Klum includes everything from monster-themed T-shirts, ADORBz apparel and home accessories.
Ecstatic about the range, Heidi said:
“As a mom of four, I’m constantly drawing design inspiration from my kids, whether it’s their unique fashion sense, their latest art project or simply their zest for life. Johan is supercreative, and I knew I wanted to incorporate his whimsical and imaginative designs into my Truly Scrumptious collection in a very special way. I’m so proud as a mom and a designer to introduce this one-of-a-kind assortment of T-shirts to Babies ‘R’ Us customers in conjunction with my all-new summer apparel collection.”
The cool part about the model and her baby’s collection is that it was inspired by the charity, Save the Children‘s licensed art contests, and with the line about to drop online at babiesrus.com/heidiklum and instore next week, Babies ├óΓé¼╦£R├óΓé¼Γäó Us did their part by donating $50,000 to the wonderful charity.
And if you think that’s awesome, the retailer is also launching the Project Doodle Contest, which is celebrating the launch of the limited-edition T-shirt collection.
Young artists can visit the Babies ‘R’ Us Facebook page or babiesrus.com/heidiklum to compose designs using Doodle.ly, and if your child wins, his/her design will appear on T-shirts!!
Now if that’s not marvelous, then we don’t know what is!!
