Here Are 6 Surprising Warning Signs Of Heart Disease

Heart Disease Signs
Heart disease is a scary thing, and it’s all too common.
Detecting it can be hard, with many people finding out way too late that it’s happening to them, and everyone knows the major signs: High blood pressure, stress, and diabetes.
Well here are 6 surprising warning signs of HD, so keep your eye open:
Sexual Dysfunction
Yes, it can happen to everyone, but if it’s happening often, it could be a sign of a heart problem.
When blood vessels don’t work well, sexual problems can occur. “If you have dysfunction in one circulatory area you have it in others.”
So here’s what you do: Treat both. With good choices and a lifestyle change, both dysfunction and heart disease can be avoided. Exercise. Eat right.
Male Pattern Baldness
Like men losing their hair don’t have enough to worry about already.
It may mean a loss in circulation, though, which is a surefire sign of heart disease.

“Some patients who have male pattern baldness may smoke, have hypertension, or a genetic predisposition relating to heart disease”

So here’s what you do: Stay vigilant. Know your family’s history of baldness and heart disease. Quit smoking.
Snoring/Sleep Apnea
Snoring might be causing your heart to struggle, and being overweight can cause snoring and sleep apnea. Disturbed sleep may also be a predisposition of high blood pressure and diabetes, both contributing to heart disease.
So do this: Take action. “Sleep-disordered breathing typically occurs decades before it’s diagnosed, and decades before signs of cardiovascular disease events.”
Migraines
Women how have migraines twice or more a month have twice the possibility of heart disease.
So do this: Talk to you doctor, as you should be already. Those migraines are not normal, and get checked out.
Eating And Drinking Plastic
Ever wonder why all those plastic water bottles and food containers are all starting to say BPA Free on them?
This is why.
BPA contains an estrogen-like molecule that can trigger heart disease in women.
Do this: Throw that shizz away if you don’t know if it’s BPA free. Replace with BPA free, metal, or glass!
Marital Stress
Frequent arguments raise the risk of heart disease in women.
It’s messed up, but differences in hormones and how the sexes handle stress may explain why men were not similarly affected. ├óΓé¼┼ôWomen├óΓé¼Γäós hearts are very different than men├óΓé¼Γäós hearts in terms of circulation and receptors they have for certain hormones.├óΓé¼┬¥
Try this: Breathe. Exercise. Yoga. Anything that you do that you find relaxing.
And if that’s not working, leave his ass. Nobody should be arguing that much, and you deserve to be healthy and happy!
There you go, guys! Stay vigilant!
