We wonder how the matriarch of the family will feel about this!
We previously reported how Here Comes Honey Boo Boo‘s Mama June and Sugar Bear were separating because of some online dating trolling that Sugar Bear was doing.
Well, it turns out that TLC won’t be getting rid of Sugar Bear from the show, and that actually some of the network executives are excited about the story lines that should now develop from this series of events.
Which could mean a BIG boost to the show’s ratings!!!
Here’s what one source said:
“To tell the truth it’s good for the show. It had hit a bit of a lull and now there are tons of story lines … dating, single parenting, breakups.”
However, TLC will be watching closely how things progress from here because they do not want the kids in this family to be “emotionally bleeding” on camera during this traumatic period of their life.
Especially since that was a big reason why Jon & Kate Plus 8 ultimately ended up in the toilet!
The network must believe that Sugar Bear is too BIG a part of the show to off him although we’re not sure how Mama June will take this latest news!
Still, she’s always been a rock for this family – a trait the producers are hoping will continue as they figure out the new direction of this show!
