Hilary Duff got a little help from her furry friend for Danskin’s Move for Change campaign.
The actress shows off her workout regimen in a photo shoot and video for the campaign that promotes women’s health and wellness. And her routine that includes Hilary’s her dog.
Hil said:
“I really hike, and I usually bring my dog. I live in a place that is crazy traffic all day, every day, and to be able to come into the mountain, hike and see other people ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ I really love that. I find that when I’m working out, I live a healthy lifestyle.”

The star chose Dubois over her other four dogs, Coco, Lola, Jak and Rue, to co-star with her in the campaign.
