Hilary Swank joined bestie Mariska Hargitay at the JoyRocks event celebrating the launch of the No More PSA campaign in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Never overly flashy, the Million Dollar Baby donned a sleeveless and pleated plum dress with gunmetal embellished neckline.

Hilary definitely picked the best frock to suit her lean physique and show off those arms!

Straight side-parted hair and natural looking makeup was classy but casual enough for the Oscar winner.
