Let’s just start by saying that everyone is okay!
But Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum had one terrifying scare Thursday morning when her tour bus lit up into flames!
The country singer was on her way to the Academy of Country Music Awards in Texas when the fire occurred.
What an awful way to start your day!

Hillary shared a shot of the bus post-fire to Instagram, writing:
“Hey guys, we had a crazy morning on the way to Dallas today. Our bus tire caught on fire and we had to evacuate very quickly. EVERYONE IS SAFE AND SOUND. It was me, my husband, our tour manager, and driver. Thanking God for our safety and the safety of all of those who helped put this fire out and keep us safe. Love you all!!!! ~hillary”
The whole experience sounds scary, especially since it seems the cause of the fire is still unknown, but we’re just glad everyone was able to get out in time.
Hopefully the rest of the week goes a lot smoother for Hillary!
