We mentioned Monday that Rachel Zoe devotee/T-shirt designer Christopher Sauvé was bullied by the wrinkled one’s lawyers out of producing tees that featured ‘her’ trademarked words, I DIE and BANANAS.
Well, the artist has announced that he plans to fight the glorified celebrity stylist.
Sauvé has hired a trademark lawyer of his own!
He├óΓé¼Γäós launching a “Free the Fruit” campaign to “free fruit from corporate trademark.”
The artist said, ├óΓé¼┼ôFruits have been expressing themselves for ages in the fashion world for far too long to be trademarked.”
He├óΓé¼Γäós creating a T-shirt line that will feature “supermodel fruit” and proceeds will go toward funding his legal fight.
