“Elegant” Elliot Offen, a regular on Howard Stern has sued Holiday Inn’s Miami Beach Oceanfront Hotel for $21 million claiming he was abused for walking around the lobby “dressed in the sexiest girl’s black nylon G-string lingerie.”

Offen says the bellboy spewed anti-gay slurs and had him arrested. And since the incident Elliot, who has “30 year psychiatric history” claims he’s been suffering from night terrors and waking up soaking wet screaming “don’t come any closer and get away from me”.
Awful. Wonder how much will Holiday Inn settle for?
