Staying fit is especially important when you’re pregnant, and can even help ease some of those uncomfortable pregnancy symptoms.

Cardio exercises – this includes anything that increases your heart rate. Cardio is especially good for burning calories
Strength training – lightweight training during your pregnancy will also help burn calories. The more muscle you build, the higher your metabolism, and the more calories you burn.
Flexibility exercises – Stretching can be your greatest weapon during your pregnancy since it helps ease leg cramps & back strain.
