There’s no way around it ladies – you’re going to put on a few pounds when you’re pregnant. However, we realize packing on a ton of weight is what most women would like to avoid. Fitness guru Jules Baxter shares her advice on how to keep those excess pounds off:
*Eat breakfast – a good meal in the morning can help curb cravings during the day
*Snack between meals to make sure you always feel full and don’t over-eat.
*Avoid junk food
*Exercise, Exercise, Exercise!
Doing all of these things will help you stay healthy and look hawt during your pregnancy!
We almost forgot to mention this very important tip: laughing while watching What to Expect When You’re Expecting, in theaters May 18th, will certainly help keep the pounds away!
