Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are moving back across the pond!
But not everyone is throwing them a party…
On Wednesday, President Donald Trump was asked what his reaction was to the news of their US exit, and he told reporters
“I’m happy about it. I was not a fan. I had a very good relationship with the Queen. [I have] a really good relationship with King Charles. I’ve known him for a long time. He’s a great guy. And I thought [Meghan and Harry] treated the royal family with great disrespect. I didn’t like it. I didn’t like the way she acted. I thought she was terribly disrespectful to the Queen, to King Charles. And I don’t know, maybe I’m different; I wouldn’t have taken them back. Frankly, if I were the royal family, I would not have taken them back.”
He kept saying “she” here, but it should be noted that it was not just Meghan who publicly called out bad experiences with the royals. Prince Harry did way more of it than she did! Sure, she went on Oprah with him, but he released a whole book about it!

It should also be noted that Harry is a grown adult man, and anyone paying attention could see that his decision to leave his royal duties behind was percolating well before Meghan ever came into the picture. He even talks about it in his memoir!
