Dreams dashed! Whomp, whomp.
Yesterday, we were happy to report that L.A. Reid, the only person confirmed to be on the judges panel for the American version of X Factor, had let it slip that Cheryl Cole would be joining him on the show.
Alas, the report was false, we’re sorry to say, as Reid has come forward this morning to insist he was misquote and that Simon Cowell is still hard at work trying to find the final two judges. He explained:
“I don’t know where that actually came from, but I know the judging roles have been quite a process for Simon…I support any decisions that he makes for the next two judges.”
Great. Would you support his decision if he picked….
