
Apparently Hugh Jackman has this miracle workout that lets him lose 3-4 pounds a night.
A NIGHT.
But, we’re here to tell you that it isn’t easy by any means. Just that it works.
He’s been working out so vigorously that his workout plans actually helps him lose that amount of weight super fast:
‘We started a week ago. Already they’ve taken my pants in three times.”
The workout?
Broadway!
Since he started his one man show, all the dancing and energy he’s spending — along with actual daily workouts and choreography practice — has him shedding weight like crazy!
