Deborra-Lee Furness doesn’t understand why she keeps having to depend her husbands sexuality!
So what if Hugh Jackman won a Tony for his role in The Boy From Oz, or likes to dress up in tights, and sing show tunes and is always perfectly groomed? SERIOUSLY! Why would anyone ever think that?? LOLz.
Being “accused” of having “the gay” is something a TON of actors have to deal with. That’s why Mrs. Jackman has learned to laugh it off. Deborra talked about the first time she heard the rumor:
“The line I heard was, ‘Wolverine? Who would have thought?’ Hugh and I don’t pay much heed [to that]. It’s kind of tragic that these people have nothing better to do than to gossip about people they don’t know.”

The Australian couple have been married for 15 lovely years, and have 2 adorbz adopted children. The 56-year-old says the key to her marriage is maturity. She claims her 43-year-old hubbster is the mature one:
“Hugh is much more mature than me, so we balance each other out.”
Whatever you say, Deborra!
To be honest, we’re a little sad he’s not gay, just look at the man! Any team would be lucky to have him.
