This sounds like a scene from an episode of Looney Tunes, but a hunter in northern Belarus was actually shot by a fox!
The hunter approached the fox after wounding it, intent on killing it with the butt of his rifle, but ended up getting into a tussle with the fox who managed to trigger the rifle with its paw.
Wow! This guy should never hunt again. Not only are we worried about the animals he’s hunting, but his own safety.
The man is stuck in the hospital with a leg wound, while the fox managed to escape.
This fox isn’t the first animal to fire a gun either, but certainly one of the few.
At least three incidents involving dogs and cats unintentionally triggering guns have been reported in the last decade.
Just another reason NOT to go hunting.
