Jenny Slate is making sure people know who she supports!
The 42-year-old has spoken out on all the legal drama surrounding her It Ends with Us co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. As we know, Blake filed a shocking sexual harassment complaint against the Jane the Virgin star and accused him of running a smear campaign to depict HER as the bad guy. And while it may have seemingly worked on the general public for a while, many of the people who were a part of making the movie have no doubt about who they support. On Monday, Jenny, who plays Justin’s character’s sister in IEWU, broke her silence amid the bombshell legal drama:
“As Blake Lively’s castmate and friend, I voice my support as she takes action against those reported to have planned and carried out an attack on her reputation. Blake is a leader, loyal friend and a trusted source of emotional support for me and so many who know and love her. What has been revealed about the attack on Blake is terribly dark, disturbing, and wholly threatening. I commend my friend, I admire her bravery, and I stand by her side.”

She certainly didn’t mince words! It’s clear she and Blake developed a strong bond throughout production on this film. Possibly because of a common enemy? As we previously reported, Blake claimed in her complaint that another female cast member also filed a complaint about Justin, but didn’t make clear which female cast member in particular.
Jenny joins Brandon Sklenar, IEWU author Colleen Hoover, as well as Sony Pictures Entertainment CEO Tony Vinciquerra on team Blake.
