This whole situation just keeps getting worse for her!
So, just in case you missed it, here’s a recap…
News broke the other day that Iggy Azalea had a possible sex tape set to be released, but she took to Twitter to completely deny the rumors. Then her people completely changed their their minds saying it COULD be Iggy, but there were some major problems with it.
So then her ex-BF who she is reportedly in the sex tape with, Hefe Wine, released a statement refuting all of Iggy’s claims and now, basically, if he releases the video, Iggy Iggs claims she can sue him…
Well NOW, this apparently is NOT the case.
Hefe Wine is claiming that Iggy signed a long and lengthy legal agreement which gives him complete rights to their sex tape.
So he’s saying he is legally able to release the tape with without being blocked by her team!
The agreement, apparently, states Hefe can:
‘Manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images… [And] create, host and maintain a website to market Iggy’s works…’
So, not only does he believe he can release the tape, but that he can make a website to market it too!
Like we said, this is NOT good news for Iggy.
We wonder what he next response will be…
