I'M GETTING FAT AGAIN!!!!

Vegas has been amazing… but not for our health. We have been unable to work out – or at least that’s the excuse we’ve been telling myself.
We feel physically worse and this has also caused us to be emotionally and spiritually worse.
Trying to process it all and learn from this!
