In this short film (below), sisters Sonia and Anita — who have been blind since birth — were given the gift of sight!
The nonprofit organization 20/20/20 provides the surgery for free to candidates who otherwise couldn’t afford it and would end up being blind forever.
Luckily, there was a camera on-hand when the girls’ bandages were taken off for the first time, and their expressions are priceless!
Can you imagine seeing your mother, the sun, your home, and everything else after years of darkness?
