The students at Indiana University South Bend have a chicken-sandwich-sized hole in their stomachs that they can no longer fill.
But for good reason!
The university banned Chick-Fil-A after finding out that they will be donating food to an event hosted by an anti-gay group.
After hearing about this news, Chick-Fil-A’s president released a statement:
“Providing food to these events or any event is not an endorsement of the mission, political stance or motives of this or any other organization. Any suggestion otherwise is just inaccurate.”
Um, while donating food may not be a DIRECT endorsement of anti-gay sentiments, it’s the WRONG thing to do! Next time make a statement by refusing to serve them food! Don’t support bigotry in any way!!
