Mini Skirts Are "Too Pornographic" For Indonesia

This is EFFED UP.
Indonesia is looking to ban mini skirts because they’re “too pornographic” according to Suryadharma Ali, Indonesia’s religious affairs minister and head of the anti-porn task force.
He and his task force plan to come up with “a set of universal criteria” on what is pornography, and “one [criterion] will be when someone wears a skirt above the knee”.
However, Ali says there will be some exceptions for places like Bali and Papua:

“Balinese women, for instance, they have unique way of dressing, the upper part of their traditional dress (does not cover their shoulders) but it├óΓé¼Γäós not pornography. They also dance gracefully and it├óΓé¼Γäós not considered pornography. So we have to set criteria of what pornography is.”

The sudden crackdown comes after Indonesia├óΓé¼Γäós parliamentary speaker Marzuki Alie announced he would be drafting a new set of rules to ban female politicians and staff members from wearing mini skirts because “there have been a lot of rape cases and other immoral acts recently” and women’s inappropriate clothes are to blame.
That’s absurd! And a spokeswoman from the National Commission on Violence Against Women, Masruchah agrees, saying:

“Many women [who were] raped happened to wear very conservative clothing. They were raped anyway.”

So if the clothes aren’t the problem, that only leaves one other factor…
What do U think about this ban???
