Does the iPhone 6 really bend??
Several new owners have complained that their latest smart phone is bending in their pockets!
The iPhone, which is made of aluminum, has never been known to bend before, but the iPhone 6 Plus is the thinnest iPhone yet.
And as Weird Al can tell you, when aluminum gets down to foil width, bending is all too easy.

But can this really happen just from keeping it in your pocket? Unfortunately, it looks like the answer is yes.
Based on early tests, it seems enough pressure (including slight, consistent pressure over time) WILL cause the device to bend a bit, especially up around the volume buttons.
So how can you prevent this?

Well, if you’re wearing tight pants, keep your phone in a bag or a shirt pocket, especially while sitting.
Or get an iPhone case with a little less plasticity- like, say, plastic.
