It Wasn't Shia's Fault

Well, he was drunk, but….
New reports claim that Shia LaBeouf was not at fault for this past weekend’s accident.
A Sheriff’s spokesman said detectives had found that the other driver apparently jumped a red light and would be charged.
“He (LaBeouf) was not at fault,” the mouthpiece said of the Transformers actor.
Shia was detained on suspicion of drink driving on Sunday after the crash.
Regardless, if he had been drinking he should not have been behind the wheel!
