This is sure to get people talking.
Jack Osbourne tweeted a “thought for the day” on Thursday night, and it went right to the heart of the matter about the ongoing and disturbing criminal case surrounding former Subway pitch man Jared Fogle.

He must have been watching that Dr. Phil special and got pretty offended — like the rest of the audience — by what he heard in those audio recordings.
Because this is what he tweeted:

Obviously, as the law stands now, the (federal) death penalty is only on the table for capital crimes: murder, terrorism, treason, espionage, and a few other major missteps.
Individual state laws vary, but no state currently puts child molesters to death, even as disturbing as Fogle’s acts may have been.
