Investigation Of Jackson's Death Not A Homicide Case!

Contrary to speculation, the LAPD’s investigation of Michael Jackson‘s death is not being treated as a homicide.

LAPD officer Tenesh Dobine informed reporters on Wednesday that the investigation regarding Jackson’s sudden death is “ongoing” and is in no way defined as a homicide case.

Jackson’s live-in doc, Dr. Conrad Murray (who many believe supplied Jackson with the vials of Propofol found strewn about Jackson’s home after his passing), is still being questioned by the authorities, but one of MJ’s doctor has been let off the hook!

After turning over MJ’s medical documents to the LA County Coroner’s office, Dr. Arnold Klein is no longer under investigation for the death of Jackson, according to his attorney, Richard L. Charnley.

Jackson’s former dermatologist was served with a subpoena on Tuesday for MJ’s medical records, but no incriminating evidence was found!

Says Charnley: “Neither the Coroner├óΓé¼Γäós Office nor the Los Angeles Police Department have advised Dr. Klein or his representatives that he is a target of their investigation.”
