The ball is rolling!
Michael Jackson‘s mother, Katherine, has filed for guardianship of the singer’s three children, Michael Joseph Jackson Jr., 12; Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, 11; and Prince Michael II, 7 on Monday.
She is also petitioning to take over the children’s estate listed with an unknown value.
“Minor children are currently residing with paternal grandmother,” stated the court document. “They have a long established relationship with paternal grandmother and are comfortable in her care.”
The filing notes that Deborah Rowe is the mother of the Jackson’s two eldest children, but list her whereabouts as “unknown,” and as for Michael’s third child, it states “None” for the mother.
A hearing has been set for Aug 3.
